Pipeworks Market Busking Terms & Conditions

1. No Fees

There is no fee associated with busking at the Pipeworks Market.

2. Application & Selection

The Pipeworks Market reserves the right to deny any busking application. Performance slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to one busking act per day.

3. Booking Availability

Bookings are available for Saturdays and Sundays only.

4. Performance Guidelines

Busking must not interfere with the normal operations of the market or cause disruption to other market vendors or patrons. Performers are responsible for maintaining appropriate sound levels at all times. Excessive noise or complaints from market-goers may result in the termination of the performance. The use of amplifiers is subject to approval by Market Management and must be kept at a reasonable volume. Amplifiers must be directed away from adjacent businesses and residential areas.

5. Booking Procedures

Performers must sign in at the Pipeworks Market Office prior to their scheduled performance time. Cancellation of a scheduled performance requires at least 7 days' notice.

6. Market Rules

All performers must adhere to the general rules and regulations of the Pipeworks Market.

Consent Agreement

By submitting this application and commencing a performance at the Pipeworks Market, I hereby agree to abide by all of the above terms and conditions.

I understand and accept that the Pipeworks Market may use photographs and/or video recordings of my performance for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, marketing materials).

I agree to release the Pipeworks Market and its representatives from any and all liability arising from my performance at the market.
